What have you been doing since June 6, 1988?:
Wow, 20 years....I am very excited about seeing everyone. I moved to Lake Tahoe with Kari Brown and Keith Kissler, we lived there for a year and a half, then I made it down to Sacramento State where I became a golf professional at a country club. I did that for 7 years, then fell in love with a fabulous Air Force Captain ( my wife Helen and I just celebrated 12 years together ) We moved to Europe where I worked as a golf pro in Germany and even a short stretch in Turkey! I left the golf business and went into Surgical equipment / implant sales, that took us to Eugene Oregon, we were there for 3 years. We wanted to get back closer to family so we moved to Montana about 5 years ago. We have two beautiful little girls Reyla who is 6, and Lauren who is 4. I am surrounded by estrogen and loving it! My wife Helen is a golf nut so we play a ton of golf together, and I started ski patrolling so my weekends in the winter are hectic and sometimes downright traumatic. If anyone falls over this summer and breaks a wrist...I am the guy to splint it! Other than that life is grand! I moved to California with Kari in a Volkswagen bus, with long hair, and now I am on the board of directors at a country club, I'm sure you all saw that coming!! I can't wait to see all of you.
What do you miss most about high school?:
Split shifts, I really wish that first class could have started a little earlier! :)

What have you been doing since June 6, 1988?:
After three years at BYU, I took a break to serve an 18 month mission in the Philippines. I returned to BYU to finish my BA in philosophy. I also met a married my husband, Tim Willis, and earned an elementary teaching certificate. I taught kindergarten for a year and then we moved to the Washington, DC area, where we've been ever since. The oldest of our four daughters was born shortly after the move and I worked in daycare for a while as part of a transition to full-time stay-at-home mom. My four daughters keep me and my husband busy, as does church and community service.
What do you miss most about high school?:
The utter lack of responsibility and the beauty of Coeur d' Alene.

What have you been doing since June 6, 1988?:
Wow... What haven't I been doing. I do not know if many of you remember, but I was a loner geek. I also dropped out at the end of my sophomore year, got my GED and went in the Army. That was short-lived as I was given an entry level separation due to a bad reaction to Nuclear, chemical, and biological warfare training that landed me in the hospital for 2 weeks. When I got home in February of 1988 I worked miscellaneous odd jobs and partied A LOT. I moved to Wenatchee Washington with one of my girlfriends for a month or so and decided to come back to Coeur d'Alene. When I made it back to town I was able to transfer from the Wenatchee Domino's Pizza to the local store. A very fun job I would have to say. Life was tough then -- yeah right; I had a $52.00 a month insurance payment, $50.00 a month to Les Schwab, and the rest to me. A 18-20 year old kid with 100+ a night in tips and mileage can be a bad thing. I spent most of my off time partying or cruising. I had mostly gotten out of the drugs I was taking when I was younger, and preferred to drink myself into oblivion when I had the chance. I met my wife when I was delivering pizza, We would not know for years however. I went to college at ITT Technical Institute and received my AAS degree in CADD. I never used it, I did graduate with High honors though, something I had never done before, 3.8 GPA. I guess it makes a difference when you are paying for your own school. After college I officially met my wife. Cruising on Sherman of all places. We started dating several months later in 1993. We worked together at Domino's for several years when I left to manage a small pizza place by Videonics called Gio's Pizza until the owner got divorced and moved back to Canada. We got engaged April 16th, 1994 -- on the phone confirming with my wife right now :). With plans on getting married the summer of 1996. We discovered in 1995 that we were expecting a baby and moved the date up considerably. We walked down the isle March 24th, 1995 5 months pregnant and starting to show. We stayed with my parents on Lunceford lane off of 15th street until we found a place. June 27th of 1995 our son Christian Casey was born. His middle name is in remembrance of my younger brother Casey (Robin's twin) who passed away as a baby. I was working a union job at that time hanging commercial fire sprinkler systems. Christian was 7 days old and they sent me to Hermiston Oregon for a job with an unknown duration. Long story short on this one, they had a habit of hiring people during the busy time and getting rid of them before the probation period was up. At this point we had been living in a little trailer park off of Fairway drive in a 10x50 trailer LOL.. Crazy. We eventually had to move to Spirit Lake and stay with my parents because of the company letting me go. I started working as a garment hooper at Embroidered Corporate Image in Hayden Lake sometime in 1995. That was an awesome job as well. I moved from hooper to operator, to doing the maintenance on the machines and managing their small computer network. Shortly after Christian's first birthday we bought a 14x70 trailer in Athol Idaho. An opportunity came up to work for a local software company and I took it. The day I started we found out we were expecting our second child (March of 1999). Caleb Michael was born in October of 1999. Sarah was able to come home and be a stay at home mom after Caleb was born. A little while later with this company our third child Shaina Noel was born (July 2001). I started in tech support and quickly took over the department when my supervisor left the company. After awhile I was able to move into software development with them and really enjoyed it. They also sent me around the country to help our customers with integration problems, and to help them get setup. Very awesome job. Until they told me they could no longer afford to pay my salary. This was a major area of change in my life. I had just lost a great job, my mom let us know she had breast cancer, and I was in spiritual turmoil. The unemployment was about 50% of what we were used to making and we had 3 children. I was able to spend time with my mom while she was going through her chemotherapy so it was a good thing. Coincidence??? I think not.. We got involved in a bible study called the 40 days of purpose.. It changed our lives in a major way, mine especially. On the day I was filing my last unemployment claim, a friend called and asked me to come in for an interview where he worked. He told me what to ask for as far as salary was concerned. I got off the phone and prayed. I told God that if He wanted me to have this job, I would take what they offered. I was offered the job as a web content associate, at a salary lower than my unemployment, and have been there ever since (5 years in December of 2007). My salary has just about tripled in the time I have been there. I worked as computer programmer there for awhile as well until I was moved into my current position as Sr. Network and Security Engineer. I am not bragging don't get me wrong, it was all God. My mom has been cancer free for over 5 years, work is going great and my wife and I have started a home based business, on accident actually. http://www.effectivenutrition.com We both gained quite a bit of weight over the years and were introduced to some nutritional supplements that have made a world of difference in our lives. Since November of 2007 I have lost 35 pounds, Since Christmas of 2007 Sarah has lost over 23. Anyway, our energy levels were up and we loved the products so we signed up to get a discount, then people started asking us what we were doing to loose weight and have more energy and we told them. Now we are running it as a business as well as doing things we never would have done before. My brother and I now take Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA ground fighter training. We were doing Muay Thai Kickboxing as well, but 3 things to learn at once is a little much. We bought our first real house in June of 2007 in Spirit Lake Idaho. I serve as a deacon at Spirit Lake Baptist Church where we are involved in many family, finance, and marriage based ministries. I also play the electric bass with the worship team. Spent 18 days in Brazil, most of it in the the Amazon Rain forest building a house for full time native river missionaries in 2004. That was awesome, 3 days up river, no electricity, had to pack in our own food, water, materials, etc.. 15 guys on a small boat for 3 days with all of our gear.. ahh memories. Survived drugs, almost getting divorced, kids, kids' illnesses, piles of hospital debt and lawsuits, life, etc... Thank God. It was him not me. That pretty much brings everything up to date. http://www.myspace.com/bsdguyshawn The now photo is from the Brazil mission trip, I probably weighed close to 280 then. I don't have an old photo. Sorry, did not mean to write a book.
What do you miss most about high school?:
The simplicity of life. The world seemed like a better place.
From Shawn:
Hope we can make it. We have a family camping trip that we do every year around that time, and we are kind of strapped on the baby sitting front, and don't trust a lot of people with our bundles of joy :) Everyone tells me I should go though. 20 years is a big one I guess :)

What have you been doing since June 6, 1988?:
Goofing off mostly. After high school I went to the University of Idaho, learned to not mix long island ice teas with bloody marys, flunked out and found myself pregnant. Moved to Arizona, had a baby girl and then moved to Seattle with Shannon Mathey, leaving the baby with her adoptive parents (who happened to be my dad's ex wife and his best friend). I lived in Seattle for a couple of years until 1992. I then moved back to Arizona and continued goofing off. I met my husband while I was working for an artist. He had just moved here from New York City. We quickly moved in together, living peacefully without children for a couple of years. Found out that having sex causes babies and marriage when you are almost 30. We have been married 10 years this June. Believe it or not, I married the Prom King. His work in advertising has helped us afford two kids, two dogs and two cats. Also a house and a couple of cars. When our kids turned 2 years old (Maria) and one month (Johnny) I quit my job at an office and stayed home to raise our children and keep the house clean. I also like to keep the peace and hanging out with my other mom friends. I have learned that having kids really brings out the best in most people. We live about 3 miles from Arizona State University in a very liberal and family minded neighborhood. Lots and lots of kids hang out at our end of the street. Besides being a mom and a wife we spend time with my husband's family (catholic with 7 kids, 3 of which live here). My dad and 2 brothers still live in CdA. We get up there about once a year. We also see my family a couple of times a year in Rocky Point, Mexico. I still keep in touch with Shannon Mathey and some of the Taylors. What else...boring normal life I lead now. Aren't you all surprised Im not in prison?!
What do you miss most about high school?:
Crap. Nothing really. Some of my friends. Holly House, where are you? Don't I still owe you $50?
